Training plan

I'm going to use this page to journey through my training for the San Antonio Rock n Roll full marathon.  This is going to be my first full marathon and I'm training with a group called USA Fit.  Each week we get a schedule from our coach.  During the week we have time goals and on Saturday we do our long runs as a group.  Starting shortly we will be meeting on Tuesday nights to do speedwork.

Week 4 (5/30 - 6/5)
Monday - 35 minutes - easy - 3.57 miles, 9:50 average pace
Tuesday - 45 minutes -  hillwork - done!!
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - 35 minutes - tempo
Friday - OFF
Saturday - 6 miles
Sunday - OFF

Week 3 (5/23 - 5/29)
Monday - 30 minutes
Tuesday - 35 minutes
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - 30 minutes
Friday - OFF
Saturday - 5 miles
Sunday - OFF

Week 2 (5/16 - 5/22)
Monday - 25 minutes
Tuesday - 30 minutes
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - 20 minutes
Friday - OFF
Saturday - 4 miles - Beach to Bay Relay
Sunday - OFF  - Yoga, Ab Ripper X
